Getting a signing certificate is the bit nobody in your office has done before. With us there is nothing to order: the seal is included in every certificate you make, we hold it for you, and the one-off set-up covers getting your company verified with the provider. Then it is priced on how many vehicles you complete a month.

Which plan? Basic is designed for workshops completing 20 to 30 vehicles a month, Standard for 90 to 100, Enterprise for 240 to 250. Between those bands, tell us your number and we will say which works out cheaper. The plan fee is fixed; it is "from" because the one-off set-up and certificates above your allowance are added on top, at the per-certificate rate we quote with your set-up.
Billed monthly, plus a one-off set-up that covers getting your company verified with the seal provider and your Word template mapped; we quote it when you get started. Every certificate, included or extra, carries the company seal; there is nothing else to buy. Pay annually and the plan fee is 10% less; set-up and certificates above your allowance are not discounted, and extra certificates are still billed monthly. Prices are for business customers; we are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
How this compares
Other UK platforms sell you the software and leave the certificate to you: find a trust provider, prove your company's identity, buy it, install it, renew it every year. We do all of that for you: the seal is included, we hold it, and every certificate you make carries it. It is the piece most bodybuilders have never had to deal with and the one most likely to leave you unable to register a vehicle in December.

What's included, and what stays yours
The seal is included. It is issued in your company's name by a provider on the UK trusted list; we hold it for you and every certificate you make carries it, and the one-off set-up covers the provider verifying your company. Your type approval and your own VCA account are yours to hold; we will walk you through registering and check your first file goes through. If your company already holds a signing certificate, you can use that in the app on your own PC instead.
Questions about pricing
What counts as a certificate?
One file made, per VIN, signed with your company seal or your own certificate. Files signed with the built-in test key for the VCA's test system are not counted, and corrections and reissues of the same vehicle don't count twice.
What if we go over the included number?
Extra certificates are charged at the per-certificate rate on your order form, on the next monthly invoice, on annual plans too. The allowance is per calendar month and unused allowance does not carry over. Nothing stops working and nobody gets cut off mid-month. If you're regularly over, we'll move you to the plan that costs you less.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans, any time. Annual plans run to the end of the year, with a full refund of the plan fee if you cancel within 14 days of activating and have made no files. Your history is yours: export it as a spreadsheet any time.
