Built for the bodybuilder's office, not the boardroom.
CoC AutoDocs does one job: the simplest route to an eCoC file the VCA will accept. A short form, checked against the VCA's published rules, sealed in your company's name, ready to upload.
Software built for factories, sold to workshops.
From 29 November 2026, vehicles completed under GB type approval need an electronic Certificate of Conformity. For a volume manufacturer that's an IT project with a budget to match. For a small bodybuilder it's a technical file the office has to get exactly right for every vehicle — and the software on offer was built for companies fifty times their size, at prices to match.
CoC AutoDocs was built to close that gap: the file made right, signed, and priced for a workshop rather than a factory.
Three things we won't move on.
Small manufacturers aren't small OEMs
You don't need ERP integration, EU submission or a 21-week rollout. You need the file made right and signed, in the time it takes to answer the phone.
Your data is yours
You upload to the VCA yourself, under your own login. Everything else stays where you can see it.
- Nobody handles a private key: the seal's key sits in the provider's certified hardware, where neither you nor we can copy it
- Files and history live in an EU data centre, encrypted in transit; only your team can open them
- Our access is limited to running and supporting the service, and every administrative action is logged
Say what the VCA say
No "VCA approved", no "guaranteed acceptance". We check files against the VCA's published schema and sign to the standard their guidance points to. The decision is always theirs.
